I googled exterminator after finding what we thought were termite droppings outside our house. I reached out online and they called back quickly to set up an appointment convenient for me. They were very nice and professional in the phone. On the day of my appointment, Simon called and said he'd be here in half an hour. He was right on time. Luckily it turned out they were cricket droppings and not termite. He explained the difference so we know what to look out for in the future. The estimate was free and he was here and gone in about 10 minutes. Simon was professional and knowledgeable with a great sense of humor. I feel that Bug Baron and everyone we dealt with operated with honesty and integrity and would definitely reach out to them in the future and also recommend them to friends and family.
